How to Publish an Article PDF Print E-mail
Written by Editorial Team

As a collection of resources, TeaWithAnEdge welcomes you to submit your articles as long as they treat subjects within the Marketing - e-Marketing - e-Business - e-Commerce - Business - Management fields.

Your article can contain opinions, analysis, comments, reviews - anything goes as long as it is your original work. We are trying hard to provide you with good quality content and we will do our best to prevent fake articles to be submitted: by “fake” we understand anything that does not reflect the original work of the submitting author, anything that is copied or “inspired” from other sources, online or offline.

Below are some basic guidelines for submitting an article, we appreciate if you take them into account before actually sending us a material: this will drastically reduce the processing time and will prevent your article from being edited by us.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

1. DO submit your article using the automated system located within your user menu, available once you sign in.

2. DO NOT abuse html formatting: keep your article clean and simple, with no additional colors, font styles and other "beautification" tricks. DO use only left align for main text, center align can be applied to titles and subtitles only. DO keep the default text setting of size, font style and color.

3. DO include a brief section with information about you (resource box), at the END of the article and separated with a horizontal line from the article's body: 2-3 sentences would be the ideal lenght. You may include 1-2 links to personal websites or other websites of interest for you, but please make sure they open in a NEW page.

4. DO make sure your article is somewhere between 400 and 3500 words. We cannot accept anything less to qualify as an article, but if it has over 3500 words please consider splitting it into two smaller articles - we will publish them one next to another so the readers will understand they are a whole.

6. DO review your writing style: bad grammar and spelling cannot be seen within a professional article. If unsure, have a friend review the article for you, and make sure you use the facilities of a word processor, such as grammar, spelling and thesaurus help. The article language must be English, we are unable to process materials in other languages for the moment.

7. DO NOT submit anything that contains profanities or insults, that endorse racial / religious / sexual or any other form of intolerance. DO NOT submit materials that can be interpreted as encouragement to produce or use any illegal items.

8. DO NOT submit press releases, sales letters, advertisements, or articles that blatantly promote a certain product /service / organization / individual.

9. DO mention blibliography used, where applicable, at the end of the article.

10. DO NOT include any affiliate links within the article: if you really need to promote such links, include them only in your resource box but no more than 2 links overall.

11. DO use the Intro Text section: include your first paragraph, or the first 3-4 sentences. DO NOT include them in your main text area too, they will show up twice in the published article.

12. DO carefully decide to which category your article belongs: articles submitted to the categories where they truly belong will be given priority at publishing, since the editors will work less on them.

13. Got any question? Use the "Contact Us" section and let us know about your problem, we'll happily assist you. Please do not forget to mention your username (only username, NOT password please!).
