ParkLet.co.uk is a brilliant site that was introduced to us by ReviewMe.com - it looked so useful, complete and friendly at the same time that we gladly accepted to review it.

Park Let is *the* online marketplace for parking spaces and garages to rent, covering London, Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham as well as any other UK cities you can think of. They are UK's largest agent for parking spaces and garages and at the time of our visit, there were 9640 parking spaces advertised on the site - quite a lot to choose from! For London Parking alone, there were no less than 612 ads for parkings spaces or garages to rent.

Surely, we were impressed by the amount of ads available from Park Let but that is not the only thing to write home about: the search functionality is superb and makes garage hunting an easy job even for the busy and picky one. You can search by:

- postcode or city
- 5 or 7 day contracts
- space type (garage, parking space)
- timeframe of ads creation
- type of offer (for rent or for sale)

ParkLet.co.uk has beautifully integrated the Google Maps application, allowing you to check the advertised locations and see how far it would be from your office, home, or any other location you wish to refer to. The site is refreshingly simply designed, aired, and is a pleasure to browse through it.

As Park Let intermediates operations between landlords and tenants and manages the contracts, you may wish to know that there is a 15% + VAT commission of the gross monthly rental fee - there is no fee charged from the tenants, except, of course, the rent itself.

Whether you wish to let your garage or parking space or are in need to get one, we highly recommend Park Let.
